NeatValues ("NeatValues," "we," "us," or "our") operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase or other transaction using the Services, enroll in the Neat Values Club, or otherwise communicate with us.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to provide the Services to you.

If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, processing, and disclosure of your personal information.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The types of personal information we collect depend on how you interact with us. We collect the following categories:

  • Contact details — your name, billing and shipping address, email address, and phone number.
  • Order information — the products you view and purchase, order numbers, transaction history, and delivery information.
  • Payment information — payment card or other payment-method details, processed by our payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.
  • Membership information — your Neat Values Club enrollment date, introductory-period end date, billing dates, membership status, and cancellation requests.
  • Account information — if you create an account, your login credentials and account preferences.
  • Customer support information — the contents of messages you send us by email, phone, contact form, or text, including any information you choose to provide.
  • Device and usage information — IP address, browser and device characteristics, pages viewed, referring pages, and how you interact with the Services, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not use or disclose personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.

  • Directly from you — when you place an order, create an account, enroll in the Neat Values Club, sign up for marketing, or contact us.
  • Automatically — through cookies and similar technologies when you use the Services.
  • From service providers — our platform, payment, subscription-billing, shipping, and analytics providers share information with us in order to perform services on our behalf.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use personal information to:

  • provide the Services, process and fulfill your orders, and arrange shipping and delivery;
  • create and manage your account;
  • enroll you in, bill, service, and cancel your Neat Values Club membership;
  • process payments and, where you have authorized recurring charges, bill your payment method on the applicable schedule;
  • communicate with you about orders, deliveries, membership charges, cancellations, and support requests;
  • send you marketing communications where you have consented, and allow you to opt out at any time;
  • detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, chargebacks, and other unlawful or unauthorized activity;
  • understand how the Services are used and improve them; and
  • comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

HOW WE DISCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION

We disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients, for the business purposes described above:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store and provides the e-commerce platform.
  • Payment processors and our subscription-billing provider, in order to process purchases and recurring membership charges and to detect and prevent fraud.
  • Shipping and fulfillment partners, in order to deliver your orders.
  • Communications providers, in order to send transactional and marketing email and text messages.
  • Analytics and advertising providers, in order to understand use of the Services and to measure and deliver advertising.
  • Professional advisors and authorities, where necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
  • A successor entity, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some of the disclosures above — particularly to analytics and advertising providers — may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under certain state laws. See Your Privacy Rights below for how to opt out.

NEAT VALUES CLUB MEMBERSHIP AND RECURRING BILLING

If you enroll in the Neat Values Club, we retain your payment-method information, or arrange for our billing provider to retain it, for as long as your membership is active, so that we can charge the recurring membership fee you authorized at checkout.

Where your payment method expires or is declined, we may receive updated card details automatically from your card issuer through card-network update services such as Visa Account Updater or Mastercard Automatic Billing Updater, and may use those updated details to continue billing your membership.

We retain a record of your enrollment date, billing dates, amounts charged, and any cancellation request. When you cancel, we stop future charges and retain the record of your membership only as long as needed for accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

You may cancel your membership at any time at neatvalues.com/pages/cancel, by emailing info@neatvalues.com, or by calling +1 (945) 331-0793. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not by itself delete your personal information, which is governed by the retention and rights sections below.

COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We and our providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember your cart and preferences, measure performance, and — where applicable — deliver and measure advertising.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect your experience and make parts of the Services unavailable. Where required by law, we honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) transmitted by your browser as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser.

EMAIL AND TEXT MESSAGE MARKETING

Where you have opted in, we send marketing email and recurring automated marketing text messages. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.

To stop marketing email, use the unsubscribe link in any message. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message; reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. We may continue to send you non-marketing transactional messages about your orders and membership after you opt out of marketing.

RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Shopify processes personal information on our behalf in order to provide the platform, and also processes certain information as an independent controller for its own purposes, including operating and improving its platform and preventing fraud across its merchants. Shopify's own privacy practices are described in its privacy policy.

THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND LINKS

The Services may contain links to websites and services operated by others. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to them. Review the privacy policy of any third-party site before providing information to it.

CHILDREN'S DATA

The Services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us using the details below and we will delete it.

SECURITY AND RETENTION

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain your account or membership, comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
